What’s Yoga?

Yoga is an ancient discipline from India that harmonises and strengthens the body and mind. Classes offer various methods of practice, ranging from intense and vigorous to gentle, relaxing, and meditative.

Alchemy Yoga sessions are available in 60 or 90-minute, depending on the class type. Each class includes breathing exercises, physical practices, and relaxation. Some sessions may also incorporate subtle elements such as philosophy, energy awareness, mantras, bandhas, and meditation as the practice progresses.

Regardless of the class you choose, it provides a much-needed pause from daily life. You will work toward achieving balance and creating a union between body and mind while developing flexibility, strength, and stamina. The practice calms the mind, enhances focus, and facilitates relaxation.

Alchemy Yoga empowers you to return to the flow of life with greater clarity and awareness, potentially leading to personal transformation and a fuller life experience.

Yoga is adaptable to all lifestyles and abilities, aiming to bring harmony, transformation, and mindfulness into your everyday life.

Traditional Hatha Yoga

Discover the sanctuary of Hatha Yoga, where body and mind unite. The term "Hatha" combines 'ha' (solar energy) and 'tha' (lunar energy), symbolising the harmony of opposites.

In this class, you'll enhance physical fitness, flexibility, and mental calmness through a blend of modern and traditional yoga practices.

ll offer guidance and modifications to help you discover the alignment that best meets your individual needs.

Sun Salutations & Healing practices

This is a nurturing and energising morning practice.

The asanas are woven together to generate the flow of Prana, allowing the subtle energy to diffuse into the body for purification, rejuvenation and increase vitality. It induces calmness, focus on the mental level, and peace on the emotional level. 

I will include some ancient healing tantric practices, pranayama and Deep and Guided Relaxation

One-2-One/ One-2-Two

Beginners to build confidence and start practice yoga their own pace of learning.

Anyone with an existing health condition to improve their lives.

Others who want to practice yoga to help them recover from an injury.

Athletes in need of a program to support them in their sport or to develop their performance.

These sessions  aim to improve your well-being, fitness and help to clarify the mind. The individual yoga sessions or Thai massages are suitable for everyone.

Slow Vinyasa

We will practice flowing sequences to stimulate vital energies while exploring both familiar and new asanas.

This practice will enhance your experience of inner strength, give you clarity, and create ripples of correct and stable postural alignment.

I will offer guidance and modifications to help you discover the alignment that best meets your individual needs.
